Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy Agreement

Thank you for choosing Elemental Survivalist, LLC for your herbal and wellness needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Customers may return eligible physical products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
   
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
   
• The Company reserves the right to deny a return or refund for items that are damaged, altered, or used.
   

Digital products, including downloadable guides, eBooks, and other electronic content, are non-refundable once purchased. By completing the purchase of a digital product, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, Elemental Survivalist, LLC will issue a full refund to the original payment method, provided all return conditions are met. Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned item.

This Return Policy Agreement may be updated or modified at any time at the sole discretion of Elemental Survivalist, LLC. The most current version will always be posted on our official website.
